Walk on Red


Walk on Red / Soundscapes on Broadway is a research project about images of New York City focusing on neighborhoods on Broadway Avenue. Base on NYC 311 Noise Complaints and various geo-referenced data, the designer creates imaged of New York City. Broadway Avenue is the only one street cutting Manhattan Island vertically, and crosses a wide variety of neighborhoods, cultures, and races, containing histories of New York. It is produced on the occasion of the exhibition, Walk on Red, in Chelsea, New York, 2009.
